Situated in the borough of Etterbeek, bordering the boroughs of Ixelles and Auderghem, the site benefits from ideal accessibility by car.
10 minutes from the city centre, 15 minutes from the airport, it also adjoins the outer ring road and the inner ring road, as well as just off the motorways (at the entrance of the E411 (Namur-Luxembourg) and at a little distance from the E40 (Louvain-Liège)).

The station at Etterbeek is located a stone's throw from the site and a short walk away are the 23 and 90 tram services, plus the 34 bus and the Pétillon metro station (1A line) of the STIB network.

The Arsenal site, close to the European institutions, is in the heart of a district that offers a rich and varied infrastructure of services: schools, universities, cultural centre, swimming pool and sports centre, plus large and small stores.

The three residential buildings, each with 32 apartments, are located along Avenue des Volontaires and reflect the pavilion style of the former Arsenal du Charroi (Transport Arsenal) military site. The buildings feature a succession of landscaped private gardens.

A public park with a fountain gives the location further greenery and also provides an area of peace and quiet in an urban setting.

Using the natural fall in the land, the car parks are accessed by a private, secure roadway that links Rue des Pères Blancs to Chaussée de Wavre. A walkway protected by fences provides a pedestrian link between Avenue des Volontaires and the internal roadway, running along a common landscaped garden and providing access to the entrances to the buildings.

The site is fenced and its vehicle and pedestrian access ways are equipped with access control devices.
